Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your Stikadoo products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery options.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

Cost: $4.99 (Free on orders over $35)

Perfect for regular orders. Packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground and typically arrive within a week.

Express Shipping

Delivery Time: 2-3 business days

Cost: $12.99

Need it faster? Express shipping gets your order to you in 2-3 business days via FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority Mail.

Overnight Shipping

Delivery Time: Next business day

Cost: $24.99

For urgent orders, we offer overnight shipping via FedEx Overnight. Orders must be placed before 2 PM EST for next-day delivery.

Order Processing

Once you place your order:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent when your order ships
  • Processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can:

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visit your account page to view order status and tracking
  • Use the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Contact us if you have questions about your shipment

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 United States
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Territories

International shipping is not currently available, but we're working on expanding our delivery options. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery:

  • Package not received: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • Damaged package: Take photos and contact us immediately
  • Wrong address: Contact us as soon as possible; we may be able to redirect the package
  • Delayed delivery: Check tracking first, then contact us if significantly delayed

We'll work with you to resolve any delivery issues promptly. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stikadoo products! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.

Eligible Items

Most items can be returned, except:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@stikadoo.com or through your account page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the return using the provided label
  6. Once received, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refund details:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value:

  • Follow the same return process as above
  • Specify the item you'd like to exchange for in your return request
  • If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we'll make it right:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost to you
  • We'll cover return shipping for defective/incorrect items
  • You may keep the incorrect item in some cases (we'll let you know)
  • No need to wait for us to receive the return—we'll ship your replacement right away

Return Shipping

When returning items:

  • Use the return shipping label we provide (for standard returns)
  • Package items securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Keep your return tracking number for reference
  • We recommend insuring valuable items when shipping

Important: Items returned without authorization or in damaged condition may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us before returning items.

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st of the following year. This extended return window gives you extra time to ensure your gifts are perfect. All other return policies apply.
